The Mulhollands

The Mulhollands are an Indie/Pop/Rock and Roll band from Los Angeles, CA. The fearless and talented Sarah Jeanette leads the pack, purring and strutting blissfully atop the wall of sound that is her band. They are at times keyboard driven, but are usually pushed forward by their two guitar players. If comparisons have to be made, think Blondie meets The Strokes.if they were from L.A. In fact, Sarah has been writing and recording over the last couple of years with legendary Blondie producer, Mike Chapman, who loves the band.
They have just released their first full length album, "OH MY!", to rave reviews. Including a spot in Music Connections Top 100 Unsigned Bands of 2010, a nod for Best Pop Band at L.A.'s Music Awards, and consistent radio play on "Rodney On The Roq" on L.A.'s premiere rock station, KROQ.
The live shows are high energy blasts of dancie and fun pop songs delivered with Jeanette's effortless sexy sass. Having just returned from a handful of successful East Coast shows, including New York City and Philadelphia, the band is ready to focus their attack on the West Coast for the next few months. If The Mulhollands have proven nothing else, it's that they are a band to watch in 2011.
