The Montagues are five, 19yr old lads from Manchester who have been together as a band for the past two years. They are: Ozzy 'which becky' Osbaldeston (vocals & acoustic guitar) Neil Cabffer-Kewtee (lead guitar & piano) James Casablancas (rhythm guitar) Shoaib Tankian (bass) and Lawrence 'i dont recall' FishBeern-tat(drums). The band have played many gigs in and around the area, progressing from the humble origins of Macclesfield's Senior Citizens Hall to top venues such as the Manchester Academy.

Last year, the Monatgues polled very highly in XFM's Battle of the Bands competition with their acoustic cover of the Killers' 'Mr Brightside' being played several times on the radio. The band also had recent success appearing on the new MTV series "Living on the Edge" following the band and showing live performances.
