Hello. we are The Kut. Sometimes being an all female band can be difficult, but these things inspire us to be really good at what we do!

Check out our 'Doesn't Matter Anyway' video below!

Releasing our first ever vinyl was really exciting. Luckily besides the limited edition green vinyl, it was also released it as a download, thanks for supporting us and making our release such a success!

Right now as I read in a review this week 'it's a good time to be in The Kut'. We are really happy with how the album is going at Cartel Studios. The 'Closure' video is very close to release and we are already planning our next UK tour. We need your help to get our next single to break the indie charts, so join in if you can and add on this page to keep updated! Thanks for checking us out X x ♥

Reviews

"Singing sultress Maha has a sly Danielle Dax type of voice that suits the eastern minor keys of The Vision a treat, and if she wasn't bouncing catawauling cacophony off the wall from her guitar, we daresay there'd be some vampy hand movements, too. Picture this slinking over Elvira's hypnotic bass.you've got yourself one bewitching number." Jenny Knight, Guitar Magazine

The Kut. band from the future indeed! Girl power? That's so passé. Check this. Cozzie Music

The Kut meshes the best of garage, dub, rock and the erstwhile sensibilities of pop to create an original and ear-grabbing sound. Check this band out. Criminal Records has always had a keen eye for signings, but this band may be the next big thing.Hell, make sure to check them out now, if only to tell your 14 year old sister two years from now, 'You remember them when.'
