The Juggernaut born in winter 2006.
From Its five members comes the idea of producing a grave and gloomy sound, able to synthesize the language of metal, the violence of hardcore and the imaginary of gothic.
A long experience acquired in other as constructive as different bands brought them to work on a timbric research generating a fascinating wall of sound, where every note seems to find its place in the representation of an avalanche that everything submerges, and in the desolating dusts emerging from that.
Devotion for having things down to a fine art suggested them a careful work of arrangement and filing, so that violence of form could contain a more refined expressivity, giving space to ethnic instruments and original colors.
Rabid and wistful works, dust and snow, Opeth meet Neurosis, overshadowing mountains and the Mediterranean sea scent, Mastodon arranged by Ennio Morricone.
The unwieldy artifact was sighted in vicinity of the HombreLobo Studio in 2006 where it recorded the promo "Facial Sacrilege: Ballads by the Fireplace" and in 2009 the debut album ".Where Mountains Walk" under the aegis of Subsound Records. The Juggernaut was seen on stage with Today is the Day,Red Sparowes, Swallow the Sun, Insomnium, A Storm of Light, Ephel Duath, Jucifer, Minsk , Slowmotion Apocalypse, The Orange Man Theory, Stereochrist and many other bands from the experimental metal and hardcore scene.
The song "Nailscratched" from their first promo ever was selected right away for the compilation "Stones from the Sky" representing the best post hardcore bands of the Italian scene.
