DESCRIPTION:
The In-Betweens - Boom Sha La La Lo. New Zealand music - 1970. The first single release by The In-Betweens and their most successful chart entry reaching number eighteen in August. Went on to be Loxene Golden Disc finalist. The week Boom Sha La La Lo peaked in the NZ chart was a strong period for NZ music with five other Kiwi's in the Top Ten, Maria Dallas (1), Hogsnort Rupert (2), Craig Scott (5), David Curtis (8) & Nash Chase (10). The following week Suzanne entered at number nine with her first solo single. The In-Betweens next single was Make A Wish Amanda which also made the Top Twenty. Though further success was to elude them.
