The In-Betweens - Make A Wish Amanda. New Zealand music - 1970. Peaked at number 20 in February 1971. Follow-up to hit single and Loxene Golden Disc finalist Boom-Sha-La-La-Lo. Make a Wish Amanda was a cover version of an early Gary Glitter alias Friendly Persuasion. Front man for the In-Betweens was Rob Guest who went on to become a well recognised artist in both New Zealand and Australia.
