The Holy Stoned

“In four years The Holy stoned will be a sensation which all of the Netherlands will enjoy”, says Jean- Louis Gordijn of the maastrichtian culture magazine Basta. The Holy Stoned has been together for 2,5 years. After a period of doing a lot of gigs and even a brief tour in Great Britain, the band found itself in a kind of “rest” period. But the guys are planning to storm the stages again and show the crowd that they still know how to kick ass on stage (with painfull consequences guaranteed)!



Influence for their music is drawn from rock heroes from the 60s and 70s (like Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin) and the more modern rock of these times (think of Queens of the Stone Age or Wolfmother for example).

This results in rough 'n' rockin' sound, which relies on the charming performing of the two front men and the unmovable fundament provided by the tight play of their drummer and bassplayer. orgasmic climaxes be there!
