The legendary groups the Flatlinerz and the Gravediggaz is now reemerging simultaneously through OMN999 the special member of both groups. While the Flatlinerz and the Gravediggaz both plan to release individual albums, they’re slated to both appear on one of a series of albums coming from OMN. But don’t expect to hear something previously heard before, expect something new because OMN is very radical in his approach to music and takes Horrorcore, Street Hop, and Hip Hop in general to levels that very few can take it. He’s disguising his true angle and abilities on the first album (the set up album) that he’s releasing for tactical reasons (even though he still rips), but expect one of if not the most innovative off the wall set of albums (trilogy) featuring new concepts, new styles, and new information ever to be released after wards.

The Flatlinerz, the group responsible for creating perhaps the most extreme genre of music ever to surface called "Horrorcore". The Flatlinerz made a brief but lasting impression in 1994 when singles from their Def Jam released album "U.S.A." (Under Satan’s Authority) hit radio and airwaves. Their leading single "Live Evil", sounded so striking that it would seem that the listeners may have had their dials tuned to a radio station being broadcast from an alternate reality. The video for "Live Evil" was even more unearthing which featured a particular scene of Redrum (the leader of the Flatlinerz) wearing army gear and dreads while supposedly dead hanging from a noose on a tree in a dark environment. In this scene, he comes back to life while still being hung from the noose and aggressively performs his verse which began with him reciting "Redrum is the most cold blooded son of a bitch, I’m six six six I’m sick so sick.". As you can see the Flatlinerz were very extreme with their type of hip hop. So extreme in fact that they created so much controversy that it was too much and caused the project to come to a halt.

Even though it was evident that this group and their material was in early stages of development, any body with a modest amount of insight could easily see the potential for this new angle of hip hop. But unfortunately, (like in the case with most new things; inventions, philosophies, etc) it was shunned and made a mockery of. Since then, it has only been moderately touched upon by artist such as DMX and Bonecrusher (to name a few) but never fully brought back in its entirety. As for the Flatlinerz, they disappeared and never re-surfaced again.until now!!!.
