From early Feb 2006, the creation of demo's and live performances has catapaulted this trio into a



musical frenzy, teasing and pleasing audiences with their unique blend of high energy, melodic rock.



The Cigarettes are



Ali Downer (Vocals, Bass Guitar)



Tony Yorston (Guitars and Backing Vocals)



Nick Dudman (Drums & Backing Vocals).



All three have had major roles in local music scenes, both with recording other groups and performing



in a number of different groups themselves. Their combined efforts has produced radio play on XFM



and live performnces on Festival FM, support slots with the likes of Gary Powell (The Libertines)



and Eskimo Joe (Sony Records) aswell as previous worldwide interest from Univerval publishing & Sony BMG.



Based in Edinburgh, the Cigarettes are now concentrating on showcasing



their new material in live venues across central Scotland and beyond.
