From humble beginnings as four friends jamming on weekends and playing house parties, MOSS has blossomed into an undeniably talented and popular name in the contemporary music scene. Hailing from Manhattan Beach, California, MOSS formed in the summer of 2003 with long time friends Chris Moss (Vocals, Bass, Rhythm Guitar), Jeff Nisen (Lead Guitar, Vocals), Tony Gonella (Vocals, Bass, Rhythm Guitar), and Sam Mandelbaum (Drums, Percussion) collaborating to produce a hard-rocking brand of music reminiscent of their childhood favorites. MOSS truly established themselves however, when they made the switch from hard rock to a more upbeat, reggae rock blend during the summer of 2007. Since then, their popularity and opportunities have swelled. An ever increasing demand for MOSS’s innovative compositions, soaring harmonies and potent charisma ensure a constant supply of new fans and songs to keep everyone feeling good and feeling the rhythm.
