Post-punk /rock/ electro/ rocknroll/ goth /whatever band The 15 korun ceskych appeared not so long ago in the middle of Slovakia. Band members Shirley de la Nietzsche, Obby von Taxifahrer and plushy tomcat Oliver played in the dark, filthy rooms where nobody was willing to hear them. Unfortunately, Oliver recently left the band for his own career.
Their music was marked as "under-underground" in the early days. Perversive and absurd lyrics of 15 kc are completly different from girly "sweetlove-youandme-flowers" songs you can hear in the radio. 21 years old Shirley and Obby are wild at heart and weird on top, they have taste for a beat generation, David Lynch, Monty Python, absurd prose, decadent behaviour and nihilism. In their neverending disregard for archetypes and dogmas, they refused to record their songs with superior mike, they are using almost legendary 100 sk pc microphone and thats the reason of stylish buzzy sound they have. Keyboardist Obby is destroying her synth in mad experiments to combine Nick Cave and Kraftwerk. NIN influenced guitarist Shi is looking for the most vulgar and strange sound, but she hates "guitar heroes". They both use variety of strange voices to make their music even more obscure.
Shirley and obby were searching for suitable drummer for a long time. They prayed to God " Lord, Lord, where do we find nice and good drummer for our obscure band?" Long time, there where no answer. After a year and half of hard praying, God take pity on poor girls. "There is no proper drummer for your band on whole Earth. But I will borrow you my very own one." And He send Fafin on stormy cloud down to Brno.

Postpunk/rock/electro/rocknroll/goth a este kadeco ine hrajuca skupina The 15 kc sa zjavila pomerne nedavno na strednom Slovensku. Clenovia skupiny, Shirley de la Nietzsche, Obby von Taxifahrer a plysovy kocur
Oliver, zacali hrat v tmavych, spinavych kluboch, kde ich nikto nebol ochotny pocuvat. Kocur Oliver nezniesol pociatocny neuspech, opustil skupinu a venoval sa vlastnej kariere.
V pociatkoch bola hudba Shirley a Obby oznacovana ako "under-underground".
Perverzne a absurdne texty 15 kc sa vyrazne odlisuju od neznych "moj sladky princ-podme lietat, len ty a ja- kvetinky vonajuce" pesniciek, ktore mozte pocut v radiu. 21 rocne koruny ceske su divoke v srdci a precudesne navonok, miluju generaciu beatnikov, Davida Lyncha, Monty Pythonov, absurdnu prozu, dekadentne spravanie a nihilizmus. V ich nekonecnom pohrdani archetypmi a dogmami odmietali nahrat svoje prve skladby na kvalitny mikrofon. Namiesto toho uverejnovali songy nahrate na dnes uz skoro legendarny pc mikrofon za 100 sk, co je aj dovod styloveho zvuku, ktory tieto klenoty byvalych casov maju.
V sucastnej dobe keyboardistka Obby nici svoj syntetizator v sialenych experimentoch skombinovat Nicka Cavea a Kraftwerk, zatial co hardcore fan Nine Inch Nails Shirley hlada co najvulgarnejsi zvuk pre svoju hru, hoci nenavidi "gitarovych hrdinov". Obidve vyuzivaju zmes cudnych hlasov aby sa ich hudba stala este podivnejsou.
The 15 kc dlho hladali vhodného bubenika. Modlili sa k Bohu "Pane, prosim, kde by sme nasli slusiveho a dobreho perkusionistu pre nasu obskurnu skupinu?" Odpoved neprichadzala predlhy cas. Az po roku a pol tvrdeho, kazdodenneho modlenia sa Pan Boh zlutoval nad ubohymi dievcatami. "Na celej zemi sa nenajde bubenik, co by sa hodil do vasej skupiny. Ale pretoze ste ma obmakcili, poziciam vam svojho vlastneho." A tak Boh zoslal na burkovom oblaciku Fafina, aby v Brne mohli zacat hravat nazivo a predstavili svoju hudbu vsetkym, ktori este nestihli utiect.

AND NOW SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT: Bohuzial, Boh si zavolal Fafina naspat. Zivot je kruty a nesprevodlivy. Bud zem lahka jeho hajtke.
