Ten To Five Project are a band steeped in the traditions of the music scene in their native Glasgow, making melodic and intelligent pop music which has drawn comparisons to such local luminaries as Belle & Sebastian, Teenage Fanclub and Camera Obscura, as well as to artists from further afield such as Rilo Kiley, The Shins, Arcade Fire and The Smiths.

The E.P. “A Stage We’re Going Through” (Make Love Not Records) is currently available for download on iTunes, with the track “Little Yellow String” being licensed to Fremantle Media Ltd for use in the online drama series ‘Freak,’ and having received radio airplay at both a local and national level.

Ten To Five Project have played successful gigs at venues such as King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, Edinburgh’s Cabaret Voltaire, Glasgow’s ABC and Oran Mor, sharing stages, dressing rooms and beers with the likes of Glasvegas, BMX Bandits, Zoey van Goey, Sergeant and Owen Pallett’s Final Fantasy along the way. Ten To Five Project will be playing further live shows in the coming months to promote “A Stage We’re Going Through” and to preview songs which will feature on their debut album, which will be released in 2010.
