TAYLOR LANE

Singer – Songwriter – Musician



Born in South East London, Taylor Lane first found a love for singing at an early age. Learning to play the piano by ear and having a musical family, she came to realise that music would always be part of her life. At the age of 19, Taylor began to focus on her singing career.



It took years to find her voice, performing and gaining experience as a solo artist in underground poetry and open mic nights that allowed her to perfect her craft. Taylor has also found a love for the guitar and has never looked back since, adding an acoustic vibe to her performances with a voice that sooth’s the heart, writing songs about life from her perspective.



Taylor has currently written her debut album titled ‘Tall Enough,’ and is about to start recording in 2o10.



Amidst all this, Taylor has performed as a backing vocalist for many artist including Mariah Carey at Live 8 in 2oo5 and Puff Daddy at the Concert for Diana, and says ‘it’s great to get a peek at the industry without all the attention as you get to enjoy it before taking your turn on the rollercoaster’.



With song’s such as ‘Tall Enough’ and ‘Would You Be Yesterday’ it’s easy to see that Taylor's song writing ability will inspire a generation of people; her words are simply timeless.



With many dreams to fulfil, and a desire to see them all come to life you are left nothing but intrigued.
