DESCRIPTION:
Fursaxa is a USA-based acid folk or freak folk project led by Tara Burke of Pennsylvania.. Her home-recordings feature many instruments in addition to her heavily overdubbed vocals on a 4-track recorder.

The writings of Medieval mystic Hildegard von Bingen, Vladimir Nabokov, and Mircea Eliade have influenced the lyrics and mood of Burke's work.

This performance was part of "Fire Museum Presents" series and took place at Brickbat Books.
