TANIQ

TANIQ (TAlent uNIQue) is a husband and wife duo whose sound is deeply rooted in Soul and features Jazzy melodies, Funk-inspired horn arrangements, Gospel call-and-response, and head-nodding positive Hip-Hop. Their dynamic concerts feature a live band, dance choreography, and lots of personal and interactive audience participation. Taniq’s debut album “The Life & Times of Love” has been called “a modern-day masterpiece in Soul music” by www.soultracks.com/review-taniq_life (America’s 1 Soul music website). Their song “Sunrise” was an entry listed in the Best R&B Song category for the 2009 Grammy Awards. They have Film/TV Song Placements with: ABC Family, BET, Spike TV, Samuel Goldwyn Films, Image Entertainment They are recipients of the ASCAP PLUS Award for songwriters and have a publishing deal with Missing Link Music for their outstanding songwriting ability.
