Born On February 26th 1984, Tallia grew up in a musical family. Her love for music has been alive as long as she has been following in the footsteps of her father Producer/Musician Maurice Oyando, Tallia was part of an all girl group called Talma comprising of her, Alma and Yma they released their debut album Jambo Rafiki in 2001 and won an Emmy Award in the same year. They later went their seperate ways and Tallia is currently working as a Dj at Easy Fm hosting the number one reggae show in the country and has been doing so for the past 6 years.
Tallia has also hosted a number of Tv shows including Showbiz on NTV, and is now also working with MTV as a host for there new VJ reality show, she now working on her album and has also collaborated with the likes of Goldenchyl aka GC, the late Esir (RIP), CMB Prezzo on a number of occasions, A.Y from tanzania, Rizla just to name a few. As a solo artist Tallia started off doing RnB but her love for reggae music has grown immensly. Her first single titled "RASTA" featuring rizla off the raindrops riddim created by the ark angel was released earlier 2006 and her second single "Whats Love" off the "Camp Fire Riddim" is doing quite well on the charts and receiving frequent airplay in different radio stations around the world.
