We seek for truth in music, not by proclaiming to be the bearers of it, but in creating art that provokes questions. Questions will potentially lead to some understanding of human nature, the injustices of the world and the thoughts we think when alone at night. Questions that will keep authority honest and demonstrate our ability to be informed people who are intolerant of corruption. Man often remembers the importance of faith, ignoring doubt all together.

We devote our lives making Take Flight's music personal, yet, perplexing. A sound that is immediate, that you are connected with, but can’t explain why. Loud, dense, aggressive, painful, melodic…something beyond the sound, something meaningful, timeless, shapeless.an experience to think about, look forward to, a reason to live everyday.

“A Man Claims Deity,” our third effort, which explains a world where the average man becomes godlike. A world that’s either prospering or decaying, depending on who’s speaking, and one which asks the question that man continues to ask: Is man essentially good, evil or is he corrupted? Man has struggled with these same questions and problems throughout history. It’s time for a change. We cannot afford to continue to repeat our mistakes.

Take Flight is a sound, an entity all on its own. Founded in 2003 by Esteban Yanez , Adrian Martini and former guitar player, they began filling in the pieces that were missing. Introduced to Victor Yanez, they started writing music that was aggressive, very high tempo, and yet, very melodic. Struggling to find the missing piece in a vocalist, they went through many tryouts until they found Randy Andrade, a personality and voice that completes the sound of Take Flight. Recently adding Mark Ruiz on Guitars.

Take Flight has been put to the test before, being opening acts for bands such as All that Remains and Scars on Broadway. They are ready for their future challenges and goals. They're determined to be unforgettable.
