SUB-ZERO was born in Sacramento, California (where he lives today) and raised in different cities as a military brat. Despite growing up with a troubled childhood, he maintained his concentration on his music. This dedication to his art and keepin' it real got him signed with his first group, West Coast Originators, "THE BEAT BOYS". Formerly known as the artist, "MC PRINCE JULIAN" he was brought to the Hip Hop/Rap game by "2 Live Crew" in the early 80's. SUB-ZERO has been label mates with Ice T, Dr. Dre, Eazy E, Ice Cube, N.W.A., Bobby Jimmy and the Critters, Lay Law, The Unknown Force, Arabian Prince, Def Chef Crew, Tony Tone Toni, C.I.A., Krushin MC's, World Class Wreckin' Cru, J.J. When "THE BEAT BOYS" broke up, he branched off to pursue a music career as "SUB-ZERO" to showcase his talents to the world.
