Stupidity terbentuk pada tahun 1998 di bulan mei, tepatnya di kampus Bina Sarana Informatika fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan.

Hingga Tahun 2010 ini Stupidity tidak pernah mengalami pergantian personil.
