What it is world?! Thanks for takin' the time to check out my page. Hopefully the music will have you jumpin' around your room, tellin' all your friends, parents (and pets) about the stuff you heard, and whatever random things you can think ofOkay, here it goes (yeah man): I was born and raised in the Bronx. No need going into the vast history of my city in hip hop, cuz you already know! From the age of eleven, I been in love with hip hop and the 'real' culture ahead the movement. The first tape (yeah man, that’s how far I go back, bumpin with a walkman lol) I ever banged back and forth was Midnight Marauders by Tribe Called Quest. After that it was Enta Da Stage. Of course producers like DJ Premier, RZA, Pete Rock, Large Professor, and Dilla were great inspirations to me growing up in New York. In high school, I started doing freestyles and writin' rhymes every chance I could. I saw all the attention some of the other kids in school were getting, and most of the time I thought they were average at best. I was just too nervous to go out and kick my lil 16’s. Whatever man, I'm on a mission and I'm on it now. That cliché “I AM HIP HOP” describes me perfectly. In a way, I might be one of those older dudes who hate most of the new stuff that's out now. However, it does has its place. My only gripe with the music industry (mainstream in particular) is that there’s no balance, especially on the radio. I do believe radio is mostly trash (Wayne cool but damn he has to be every other song? More power to him getting them checks tho lol). I always say if I ever end up on radio during the day then there is something I'm not doing right. Shout out to Royce, Ghostface, Elzhi from Slum Village, Beans, and by boy Nas (even though I've been extremely disappointed lately. Can I get a Pete Rock, Premo or a Large Pro beat, PLEASE?!) for putting out decent music to the public. Same goes to the newer kids on the production block such as Black Milk, carrying on the legacy. You guys have been a great source of inspiration to me and my music. I have a free download of my latest mixtape, Last of a Rhymin Breed. Guaranteed bangin' [[crazy]] lyrics, *flow*, and I'm only rockin' with the best beats I can find (although they're all currently 'jacked'. Producers? Holla @ me)Mad love to Mad Mic Music (remember that name people), Rez, Killa Ken, Tionna, Recognize 1, C Jai everyone and everybody who represents the true essence of Hip Hop. Contribution is always appreciated.
