Coming off their 2011 appearance at the Jus'Blues Music Awards in Memphis TN and opening for the Commodores before a few thousand music goers, Stoni Taylor and Miles Of Stones are proving just how viable they are in such a unsure music business.
The bands southern blues and itinerant sways affiliated with folk rock, funk rock and gospel hymns are cornerstones of Stoni Taylor's melodic riffs.
It is as though Stoni scripted his interpretation of song from a research study on various assemblies. The unassuming of Stoni's artistry catches many a crowd dweller off guard. His emotion and melodies come together to unveil the finest performance ones
seen in awhile.
The over all show is a personal invitation for releasing your day's stress, fatigue and worries and igniting a new energy, in venue's and festivals where his true artistry is caught coming to life. The music/live performance paints a picture that can not be put on canvas.
Stoni's 07 release of his first independent release is an extension of his genius.
One can only wonder if a blues songstress has greatly moved him along his travels, or has it been years of both hearing and listening to a praying grandmother humming tunes while preparing for Sunday morning service?
After performing on tickets in festivals, auditoriums, club venues and more with respected acts like the P-Funk All-Stars, The Commodores, Latimore, Indigo Girls, Whild Peach, Boston Fielder's "MuthaWit", Tommy Martin's "Three Five Human" and many more. He returns with a bitter sweet passion and energy that could power a locomotive.
A new breed of artist is here. Please join us on the quest.
THIS IS THE REEMERGENCE~ And Stoni brings with him his comrades in arms "Miles Of Stones" consisting of Edgar Clark of 7yrs, Tami Stanko of 6yrs and the new addition under a year, Andrew Haddad. And Special guest "K. Ross" on occasion.
