Nato l' 8 maggio 1980 a Somma Lombardo (VA)
Studi:
•2 anni come autodidatta
•1 anno di lezioni private dal chitarrista dei Black Tunder, Andrea Zerminiani
•Dai 16 ai 21 anni ha preso lezioni private dal maestro Nino Angeretti di Cazzago Brabbia
•2 anni di frequenza al CENTRO PROFESSIONE MUSICA (C.P.M.) di Milano
•Diplomato Lizard con il massimo dei voti,e sta lavorando ad un progetto di musica rock.
Esperienze: dai 14 ai 16 anni ha suonato con i Minerva, un gruppo Punk – Rock, con il quale eseguiva cover e pezzi propri. Sempre in questo periodo ha suonato con un altro gruppo: gli Overload…niente cover, solo pezzi propri. Dai 16 ai 21 anni si dedicato interamente allo studio della chitarra, concentrando i suoi studi su 2 chitarristi in particolare: Stevie Ray Vaughan, Yingwie Malmsteen. Nei due anni a seguire ha frequentato il Corso Professionale GOLD al C.P.M. di Milano, dove ha potuto rinforzare le sue lacune tecniche e perfezionare il suo modo di suonare. All'interno di questo corso ha avuto la possibilit di approfondire altri aspetti della musica e altre materie di studio tra le quali:

2.Strumento complementare - coro
3.Teoria e armonia
4.Uso pratico dei linguaggi tonali e modali
5.Elementi di composizione della canzone
6.Effettistica e software
7.Storia della musica popolare e contemporanea.
All'inizio di dicembre 2003 ha suonato con il gruppo SENSO UNICO cover band molto conosciuta nel milanese. Con loro ha avuto la possibilit di suonare per la festa di Capodanno all'ALCATRAZ di Milano. Da maggio 2004 fa parte del gruppo ETHEREA.
Nel 2007 entra a far parte dei BIg Noise gruppo decisamente hard rock dove ha l'occasione di conoscere Davide Barbieri ( Dave Rox) che gli propone di collaborare al suo disco e formare cosi i Whells Of Fire.
Inizia un nuovo progetto che lo stimola particolarmente.i LIPSTICKgruppo formato da MUSICISTI di tutto rispetto partendo da Andrea " ZINGRO " Zingrillo alla batteria, Thomas Plebani al basso. Attualmente è docente presso la SAMARATE MUSIC ACEDEMY di Samarate ( VA ).
Il suo prossimo obbiettivo studiare a LOS ANGELES presso la rinomata scuola di musica G.I.T.

About Stefano Zeni
Stefano Zeni Born 8th May 1980 in Somma Lombardo, Varese.
Education:
• two years Self-taught

Graduated with honors at the Lizard Acedemy, and is Now working on a Rock Music Project.
Experience: from 14 to 16 years old he played with Minerva, a punk - Rock group, who performed covers and original songs. Also during this period he played with another group: the Overload . no covers, only their own songs. From 16 to 21 years old he entirely devoted himself to studying the guitar, concentrating his studies on two guitarists in particular: Stevie Ray Vaughan & Yingwie Malmsteen. In the two following years he attended the Professional GOLD Course at CPM Milan, which strengthed his technical shortcomings and improved his playing. During this course he was given the possibility to investigate other aspects of music and other fields of studying :

In early December 2003 he played with the cover band, "Senso Unico", they are well known in Milan.
Playing With them gave him the possibility of performing at the New Years celebration in Milan at the Alcatraz . From May 2004 he was part of the group "Etherea". In 2007 he joined the "Big Noise" team ,definitely hard rock, where he had the opportunity to meet Davide Barbieri (Dave Rox) who invited him to collaborate on his album. They then started a new project that was particularly stimulating a new group "Wheels Of Fire". At the same time a new band was created, "Lipstick". This group was formed by musicians from all over the North of Italy, starting with,on drums Andrea Zingrillo (Zingro) , on bass Thomas Plebani and vocalist Laura (Faith). Stefano currently teaches at Samarate MUSIC ACADEMY in Samarate Varese. His next goal being to study in Los Angeles, at the renowned music school G.I.T.
Wheels Of Fire BAND:
The Wheels Of Fire project started in 2006, when Michele Luppi ( the singer of -Killing Touch, Los Angeles and ex-Vision Divine) listened to some of Davide Barbieri's (Dave Rox) demos. Michele Luppi was his vocal coach at that time, who immediately offered to cooperate with him in the making of an Album. They than started to work on the arrangements of the songs. Meanwhile, Davide met the guitarist Stefano Zeni, who played with him in a rock cover band for a while. He saw immediately the enormous potential of this guy he knew he had found the right guitarist for the project. The other two guys who joined the band were Roberto Galli on bass and Andrea Zingrillo on drums. The recordings started in the summer of 2007 and ended in late 2009, it was hard work trying to get the best from the debut album. It was Produced by Michele Luppi, the sound that emerges is an old-style hard rock / AOR, with big drums, stunning guitars and catchy choruses, all mixed and mastered by Roberto Priori , who also contributed in the making of Killing Touch & Michele Luppi’s Heaven. After some changes in the band’s line-up with the incoming of Marcello Suzzani on bass , Fabrizio Uccellini on drums & Andrea Vergori on keyboards, these guys were ready to spread their music all over the World.

Il progetto Wheels Of Fire nasce nel 2006, quando Davide Barbieri (Dave Rox) fece ascoltare alcuni demo a Michele Luppi (Killing Touch, Los Angeles, ex-Vision Divine), suo vocal coach a quel tempo, il quale gli propose subito di lavorare insieme per la realizzazione di un album. Iniziarono così a lavorare sull’arrangiamento dei brani. Nel frattempo Davide incontra il chitarrista Stefano Zeni, i due suonano insieme in una hard rock cover band e subito Davide intuisce le enormi potenzialità di questo ragazzo…sapeva di aver trovato il chitarrista giusto per il progetto. A completamento della band si unirono Roberto Galli al basso e Andrea Zingrillo alla batteria. Le registrazioni iniziarono nell'estate del 2007 e si conclusero a fine 2009, un lungo e duro lavoro per cercare di ottenere il meglio dall'album di esordio. Prodotto da Michele Luppi, il suono che ne deriva è un hard-rock / AOR vecchio stile, con batterie potenti, chitarre graffianti e cori orecchiabili, il tutto mixato e masterizzato da Roberto Priori (Killing Touch, Michele Luppi's Heaven). Dopo alcuni cambiamenti nella line-up della band con l'arrivo di Marcello Suzzani al basso e Fabrizio Uccellini alla batteria, i ragazzi sono pronti a diffondere la loro musica in tutto il mondo.
