Standing Down's free flowing, intoxicating sound is something fresh and new. Their approach is unique and organic, taking a primarily acoustic influence into the realm of alternative music. They write music to connect to the audience and center themselves to feel anxious, yet peaceful. Drawing influences from family, friends, and other musicians whom they share a connection with, the sound of Standing Down is born.
The band is now in the process of recording their debut album. What they create comes from a very real, heartfelt place. The music is a passion and is crafted upon the chemistry that they vibe off of each other with. Standing Down will continue to create and connect with the people for many years to come.
