All about Xavier (Xoul Musik Productions)



Daniel Xavier Kemp born January 22nd 1984 in Norwalk Connecticut to

Daniel and Elizabeth Kemp. Xavier was an extraordinary child, he didn't

act like any other the baby. He loved watching commercials and any show

with a catchy jingle. That was the first sign that he had an ear for

music. But as he got older life became a bit rocky, especialy while going through homlessness. Him and his mother moved to Mississippi for 7 years. During this time he experience a lot of pain and loneliness. No one seem to like him, he was mocked for being nice, spit on, pushed

around, ridiculed and neglected. Around the age of 14 he attempted

suicide. Down and out, Until he found an outlet, "POETRY". Xavier would be up in the

wee hours writing, Venting anger and pain. But, when he gave his life to Christ, his poetry took

a turn for the better, it was uplifting and encouraging. But still, not much changed at home living with an abusive step father. Xavier, his mother, and three of his sisters moved to Connecticut October 2000, all in one room. Xavier's first day at Norwalk High School was the manifestation of what his Mother spoke into his life while they were in Mississippi," that he will be loved by so many people he wouldn't be able to handle it". Everyday the phone was ringing

off the hook. He was known everywhere he went in Norwalk. Then he was in

demand to do open mic at different Venues, Radio Co-host, and MC at

community events, etc. 2003 Xavier enlisted in the Army to help they're living situation. During Boot Camp he experienced medical problems feeling severe pain from head

to toe. The doctors ran all kinds of tests with no findings and he was

released on Medical Discharge. When he got home, his pains got worse and lost way more than he had gained in the army. This caused a lot of heartache and

then depression. Early in 2004 Xavier discovered his gift in creating

music. He was extremely motivated, but couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. Feeling no reason to Live. October 2004 he attempted suicide and had time to see writing on the wall. At that point Xavier didn't think much about himself. He had the love and support from me and his sisters which really helped him along with strength from God and a will to live. He

now realizes the importance of his gift and how his music does reach the

heart and soul, because that is where it came from. From the heart of

God. Xavier knows his struggles will help someone else so now, he is

hopeful, full of life, and love. His goal is to help other Artist with

gift and to bring out the best in them. But more importantly to reach

the lost, broken hearted, outcast and lead them to Christ.
