Some Pedestrians: 12/03/2007 - 06/08/2011

After 4 years of writing songs, a load of shitty as well as awesome shows, recording 2 albums, meeting a shitload of people, bad memories and good times . We're calling it a day.
We have recently decided that the time has come for all of us to move on and leave "Some Pedestrians" in the past.
We have been struggling for a while now to write songs and things weren't going as smooth as they used to go. And we all figured that you can't keep on trying forever, right ? :p
At first, we just thought this was gonna blow over after a while because every band knows it's down times . but this was more than just writer's block or one of those down times.
We feel that we've pretty much done everything we wanted to do with Some Pedestrians and that we can't take this band any further than this.
We gave it all we've got and i think we can be happy with what we have accomplished over the years, but it's time to move on and maybe explore other music genres. And maybe just for the record, we're all still close friends and we're still doing retarded shit together like we've always done.
Alot of bad memories, alot of good times (MLIW) but we would not have wanted it or done it any other way.
From day one, we've always played the music we liked, we took no compromises and tried to push ourselves, as well as the band, to the limit.
Over the years we have met a shitload of people and we would like to thank every single one of you who ever gave a shit about us, supported us in any way, made an effort to listen to our songs, came to see our shows, sang along with us, rocked out with your cock out with us (or jammed out with ur clam out), bought or downloaded one of our CD's, who weared our shirts, distributed or promoted our CD's . we could make this list go on for a while but it all comes down to: Thank you. All of you.

Ofcourse, we're not just gonna call it a day like that.
We are going to play one more show this summer in our hometown (probably when schools out for summer), one last show, one final salute . and we are planning to go out with a BIG fucking bang.
So it would be awesome if you guys could come over for one last time, rock out with us one more time and tear the place apart (maybe litteraly this time).
We wanna be able to say that show was THE most insane show we've ever done.
THE SHOW WILL TAKE PLACE AT DE GONZO ON THE 6th OF AUGUST !!!
(there are absolutely no cool festivals or other shows that day so you're gonna HAVE to come over one last time)
Also, we're probably gonna record 3 new songs we've never released and maybe 1 or 2 really old songs which we will put on our facebook page for free in a coupleof months, so make sure to check this page every once in a while.
And we will hand out some free copies of blackbird we have left at the last show !
(another reason you all should come over one last time! :p and please bring ur cameras, videocameras, laptops, cellphones, shovels, . basically anything that can record an image cause we're planning to put a kick ass super duper compilation video online after the show, thx !)
