"The majority of the songs on Somebody's Closet 4th studio album focus on the idea of movement; breezes, waves, hitchhiking (with fairies), searching, driving and even hanging on continuously resurrect the theme of motion over and over again. Even when the subject of the song isn't doing anything, technically, they're still proceeding somewhere or through something.

Take the second song, 'Souls Communicate.' An acoustic number with reggae overtones and a chorus that tips a friendly hat to Bob Marley's 'Exodus' it has a subject that, while 'lying on (their) back' still has '3,000 pounds of thoughts (that) are driving through (their) head.' See what I mean?

And the reason I'm harping on this conspicuous focus on activity is because it's crucial to wrapping your ears around Somebody's Closet.

Because in their music they create a vital living sound, organic and vibrant with a mix of rapid-fire jazz keys, infinite variations of world beat percussion, chameleon guitar riffs and comfortable but impressive vocals. Lyrically they do much the same thing.

Aside from the fact, as mentioned above, that a lot of the literal words associate with movement, the message in the words is an amorphous message of amity. They consistently examine the metaphysical and emerge with an unquenchable optimism, all the while motioning for you to follow them.

And I recommend that you do. Float, fly, bob, hop, skip and jump along with Somebody's Closet as they jam out acoustically inspired and extremely happy jazz/rock fusion. The world will be a better place when you do."
