The band is formed spontaneously in 2004 in the club O'Shipka, where three friends (Anton, Svetlio - "TVU" and Rosen) meet for a beer and reach the idea of the last one to start a ska band. They hope that this way much more people would get to know the skinhead culture and the skinhead society. The band starts with: Rosen - vocals, Svetlio - guitar, Anton - bass. Consequently Svetlio finds a drummer - Delian and a bassist - Velin. Later they decide to add a brass-section, which turned out really hard to manage. First, a trumpeter Stefcho joins the band, but later is replaced by Pepi from the National Musical School. Because Pepi is very occupied with school, they have to look for a new trumpeter. So Kiro and Toshko join the band. After one year of having fun at the gigs, Delian leaves for personal reasons. Stefan is the new guy behind the drums. After some time of practice, Sofia Ska Skins are back in stage again. The new drummer brings new ideas in the band and the following two gigs (together with TVU and Pecko) are still to remember. For different reasons Svetlio and Velin leave the band and put it in hard situation. Soon after, Vlado joins the band as a guitar player and the music gets more into the ska sound. The best thing is that former and present members are still very good friends and it won't be a surprise if you see them together, even on the stage!
