Formed in late 2005, Sleep Spent has quickly perfected their unique blend of rock ,punk, alternative and ska. With a solid base of original songs, the band maintains a steady schedule of shows, playing at various locations around their home town of Mount Pocono, PA. The combination of their unique charisma and crazy personalities over flow off of the stage.
