Age of Reptiles-Showbread - Video

This vid's pretty simple. I made it that way to emphasize more on the song. They are very powerful and deeply poetic. The song depicts Genesis 3:1, and how we became like snakes because we listened to the snake and not the God of love, in whose image we were created to be.

I got upset at people saying that you can't worship God through rock music. I even got upset at the church that told this band they couldn't play drums for worship during church, when drums and harps were the first instruments used by the Israelites to worship our Yahweh. But I am sort of glad the church got into a disagreement with this band, because they would still be a praise band in a church down south and there music would never be heard of around the nation.

The best worship experiences I have ever had was at a camp where the band blasted "Majesty" aka "Here I am", at a loud volume. It was so easy to worship because we were not as self conscious about what key we were on, since we could barely hear our own voices. It made us want to shout all the more.

I love this song and I was so happy when the band came two weeks ago to do a free rock concert because they wanted to trust God and walk by faith. They played this song at the very end. It was AMAZING to be in a place where you could mosh and lift your hands at the same time. And I hope you enjoy this song as much as I did! :D
