Shane C

Shane C (Colley) started singing at a young age in Church Shane's been nominated for 2 ECMA's in Feb 2007 and has won the 2006 "Best Album" & "Best Up and Coming Artist" award at the 2002 African Nova Scotian Music awards show, and was nominated at the 2003 East Coast Music Award's and Music Nova Scotia award show. Shane C has also performed at the Goul Theatre in Toronto, Ontario for a live radio recording and performed at the Brooks Diamond productions Jubilee" concert at the Halifax Metro centre with over 9000 spectators. Shane C is recognized for singing the National Anthems at the Halifax Moosehead hockey Games. Shane C also has a single on the commercially released cd STR8 Up North compilation that was released in 2002, along with Kaleb Simmonds, Sko-Shun Tiez, Sarah and several other Homiez Productions Artists, he also is featured in the 2005 hip hop commercial released cd Sko-shun Tiez- Those who like It. Shane C opened up for rapper Redman in concert in 2002 at the Halifax Forum and at the 20th Anniversary Africville reunion. Shane C also performed at the 2003 & 2004 Alexander Keith Natal day festival, 2004/06 Multicultural Festival, 2004 IWK children hospital telethon, 2005/06 Northern lights festival and 2005 Pub fest. Shane is no stranger to music or singing in which he performed several times on ATVs, Breakfast Television show. Shane C has performed numerous times with rap group Sko-shun Tiez and r&b/pop singer Sarah. Shane C sound and music is a fresh new wave of an r&b artist with singing melodic flows surely to capture your attention. Homiez Productions Music released Shane C's commercial CD in Summer 2006, called "Everything".
