The Wagon

The Wagon is a three-piece rock and roll band. Guitar, bass and drums -The Essentials. All three members sing, but Sutton Papanikolas is the lead singer and plays the guitar. Paul Moffat plays the bass guitar, and Danny Katz plays the drums. The amount of sound, power and energy that this trio exudes is startling and must be experienced live. Although primarily an originals band, melding rock, blues, funk, indie, and alternative into a satisfying balance, The Wagon prides itself on recreating and reimagining classic songs by legends such as The Beatles, Muse, The Pixies, The Beastie Boys and Beck. They are able to tailor their musical offerings to their audience, and have developed a stalwart and varied fanbase because of (not in spite of) their ability to keep people guessing. | The Wagon is not part of a scene or musical sub-genre – they are creating their own. A throwback to the high-energy rock stage shows that used to fill dark, smoky bars and music halls. They engage their audience, often raucous and rowdy, and they know full-well that the spotlight is on them to provide a memorable experience. As people drink through last call, they are keenly aware that they just witnessed something special and are driven to discover more.
