All born and raised in New York, located in the heart of Long Island this four piece band has talent out the ass! Do you want diversity, energy, entertainment? Do you want to travel through music to places that you haven't visited for a while? This is the band that will definitely take you there. These four guys create special energy that will rejuvenate your soul every time you hear them play! Vic Gaetan: Lead guitar, vocals and keyboard Born on Long Island, with music in his diapers into a family of almost every type of musician! Vic began playing music as a drummer and quickly became established, he later moved onto the guitar. He formed Seven 27 in 2003 and the group grew close very quickly. This allowed Vic to utilize his talents in writing music and lyrics, playing the keyboard, guitar and completing an album. The common musical influences the members share range from Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeplin to the Def Tones and Linkin Park. To Vic music is LIFE he writes songs with feelings that everyone can relate to, while playing leads on the guitar he has the ability to put you in a trance with enough empathy to fill the room. What more can you ask for? Mike Superty: Drums Born on Long Island, into a family of musicians he picked up the pots and pans young. Mike's major influence was his father Lenny, who plays the keyboard and also by numerous rock bands from the 60's till now. His love for the drums has always kept him faithful to his instrument and the music. He met Vic through local friends and they have been playing together ever since! Jay Martino: Vocals Born on Long Island. Jay began feeling the music through the words of Jim Morrison and the sounds of Jimmy Hendrix when he was 16. He later began writing poetry about his life experiences and began singing. He was introduced to the band by Mike who knew Jay's talent would be an asset to Seven 27. Vic and Jay have recently started writing new material together that is catching ears everywhere! Mike D'Amelia: Bass Guitar Born on Long Island, Mike D. picked up the guitar at 13, mostly self taught with influences from Metallica and Led Zeplin. With the love for rock-n-roll in his veins he played in numerous bands including one with his childhood friend Jay. Mike D. was introduced to Vic by Jay and was invited to come and jam. He picked up the bass and the rhythm and quickly became a key member to form Seven 27!
