SEP nasce nel 2003 da un'idea di Sabrina Balestri come progetto di alta formazione nel settore musicale, mettendo a disposizione l'esperienza di professionisti Italiani ed Internazionali che lavorano da sempre nel settore Discografico, Teatrale, Cinematografico, Radiofonico, Televisivo ecc.un Know How per le richieste avanzate di sempre più elevata professionalità e conoscenze settoriale.
L'avvio di questo progetto dalla città di Lucca come posizione geografica per il centro Italia nasce da un'esigenza e continua richiesta da parte di giovani, gruppi musicali, band, artist,i compositori, autori ecc oltre che a persone appassionate per semplice cultura personale.
SEP indirizzata verso l'arte musicale, la creatività espressiva come forma comunicativa. attenta alla dinamicità e sviluppo di tecnologie sempre più avanzate da apportare all'interno dei propri corsi proiettati ad una innovazione di ricerca e formazione.
Il Know How dei docenti offrono agli allievi contatti diretti per l'inserimento e la crescita nel settore.
Gli allievi che partecipano agli svariati corsi con predisposizioni ed attitudini ovviamente diverse, hanno la possibilità di frequentare stages formativi all'interno di studi altamente qualificati, gestiti da professionisti di fama Italiana ed Internazionale.

SEP in collaborazione con vari paesi dell'Unione Europea per la formazione, si estende anche oltre mare, dove la musica a volte prende spunto.La collaborazione con Los Angeles, New york, Milano, Parigi, Londra, Roma, Tokio, lavorano in stretta armonia per la formazione qualificata e mirata dell'allievo.
Il progetto della SEP dopo aver realizzato il corso "Sound Engineering & Production" cofinaziato da Unione Europea Regione Toscana e Provincia di Lucca per la Qualifica su profilo della Regione Toscana "Tecnico qualificato in ingegnerizzazione del suono" ha preso avvio all'Alta Formazione Universitaria riconosciuta legalmente con crediti formativi Universitari.
SEP è il punto d'incontro tra ricerca, formazione, tecnologia e mercato del lavoro, rivolto all'innovazione del futuro.

SEP came to prominence in 2003 through Sabrina Balestri who conceived of a project of advanced training in the Italian and international musical business. It boasts the experience of professionals who have worked for many years in recording, theatre, film, radio, television etc, and offers the technical knowledge to satisfy the most exacting demand for ever higher levels of professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the sector.
The launch of this project by the city of Lucca, in its geographical position in the centre of Italy, answers to a need and demand from young people, music groups, bands, artists, composers and lyricists etc. as well as from those keen on furthering their own personal horizons.
SEP is dedicated to musical art, to creativity as a form of communication……it is attentive to the dynamism and evolution of ever more advanced technologies, to be incorporated within the courses themselves. The technical know-howis based on the dynamism of enthusiastic instructors well-known in the sector, who can arrange direct introductions for participants into the music business.
Participants of the varied courses will, of course, have different requirements and will be able to avail of training courses, both Italian and foreign, with highly specialized facilities, monitored by record producers and professionals in the sector, well-known in Italy and internationally.
