KRAMER's fiercely independent NYC record label (born 1987, died 1999) is back after a 7 year hiatus, under a new name: SECOND SHIMMY.



The four songs posted above are from the debut Second Shimmy release; "I KILLED THE MONSTER", a 72-minute, 21 song "VARIOUS ARTISTS" compilation of the songs of DANIEL JOHNSTON. Thanks to Daniel's loyal fans and some newcomers who only learned of Daniel's work via the documentary THE DEVIL & DANIEL JOHNSTON, it has sold briskly.



Distributed in the USA & CANADA by NAIL, and in the UK and Europe by CARGO UK. Digital Distribution is by ORCHARD DIGITAL (which means you ought to be able to find it just about anywhere online).
