No one knows exactly when Store Bought Cool started. Like an ill-fated romance with a hot but slightly psychotic Ex, it’s been on-again and off-again for years; each time a slightly different beast. This time they have conceived a wicked child.
Store Bought Cool's live performances are full of energy. Rapidly switching moods from bright happy twee to doomy gothic country. Lanky frontman Dave Dreimann commands attention with his honest and witty accounts of life, love and board games. Although messy at times it’s part of the fun and what they lack in polish they make up for in personality (multiple personalities).
If ever there was a band for a new generation with eclectic tastes and short attention spans, it’s this one.
