Singer/songwriter Samantha Tobey's voice cuts through L.A.'s smog like a burst of fresh air. She's Hollywood's idea of a hometown heroine, born and raised under the stars (her grandmother was a song and dance girl as well), with an uncanny knack for contemplating the beauty and sadness of it all.
