ROTTEN SPECIMEN

So.who or what is Rotten Specimen?
Well for starters if you don't know anything about this band you are a typical uneducated human that does not have good taste in metal music. mwahaha! Feel free to be offended we really don't care. We are here to give are philosophy within the project of Rotten Specimen, not to make you feel special.
On the other hand to those who have been supporting the band since it's uprising Benny, Bullet and Jessica would like to thank you.



The name/band was originally composed by Benny Rodrigo in the year of 2007 when it officially released it's first demos in the month of dec, a total of 8 demos tracks were released the fallowing months.



Rotten Specimen consisted of 3 main elements which was Benny as the vocalist/guitarist/lyricist, Bullet as Lead/ Rhythm guitarist, and Jessica as Bass/Lyricist. The line-up split for an entire year (2009) For unknown personal reasons Jessica decided to leave the band. Which stop the production of any music. But honestly we can't blame anyone for the production that was lost. The bottom line is that the band split and was really hard to recover. So hard that rotten specimen tried releasing their long awaited re-mastered e.p but failed due to personal/financial reason (2010) so what can we say about Rotten Specimen?



The ideology was to portray a unique radical movement of consciousness. If you have the time to analyze some of the rotten specimen lyrics you'll quickly find that this was no ordinary band. It was a unique band that along side of sick hardcore riffs and raging leads also included direct lyrics that where made to hit you in the face.



Unfortunately no updates have been noticed about rotten specimen , who knows when or where the band might reform.
