Rot Gut

Rot Gut first started jamming in September of 2002. They have endured a few lineup changes, but nevertheless carried on and now with a solid lineup formed, continue to write heavier, angrier, faster and more agressive metal. No trendy shit from this band. EVER. That is a promise and a goddamned guarantee. The best part about Rot Gut is that there are so many different influences from each individual member, but the end result is a heavy, thrashy, melodic, ORIGINAL sound. They will play anywhere with anyone, and also think that meeting new bands and new people is always a good thing, and that shit talking about other bands is stupid. This Chicago metal scene going on is not a fucking competetion, its a SCENE.
