Ross Palmer

Six months ago I was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (that's heart failure). I was lucky that it didn't kill me. I decided if i recovered I would finish up making the record I'd been recording on my own in a half-arsed on-off, kind of way. So I did. Some of the songs can be found on this page.
Prior to that, I'd played innumerable solo gigs in London, Essex and the south-east, I'd played guitar in Carterhaugh and in my own band the Fourth Wall, I'd been in the Great Days of Sail with Yo Zushi, playing on his second solo album and recording/producing his as-yet unreleased third. I'd also recorded and co-produced James McKean's solo debut, Where the River Runs Both Ways.
