Robin Armstrong Project

Robin is an accomplished musician who has traveled the world spreading the message of reggae music through the voice of his guitar. He has a great gift for fusing rock, reggae, funk and jazz. Robin has been playing with Joseph Hill and "Culture" for the past eight years. He has been constantly touring, gathering and devouring knowledge from all corners of the globe while staying his own course; The Robin Armstrong Project. R.A.P. He began his professional career playing with several bands on the New York music scene such as "Full Hand"; a reggae band comprised of musicians from NY and Jamaica, WI. "Full Hand" opened for every major reggae act coming to the city, this led to the offer of a contract with "Moja Nya". Robin and "Moja Nya" started on the US tour "ROCK AGAINST RACISM", leading to tour all over the USA and then on to Africa, the Caribbean and Canada. In the mid 90's they released a new album "Moments in Meditation" along with a video on BET & VH1 as well as appearances on "Good Morning America" and other network shows. Joseph Hill, legendary lead singer of "Culture" asked Robin to join their world tour in 1998 and the rest, as they say, is history!!!
