** Requiem in Black has played the Vendetta Festival and has shared the stage with NITZER EBB, SEABOUND, DE/VISION, HOCICO, ROME, IMPERATIVE REACTION, PSYCLON NINE, LONDON AFTER MIDNIGHT, FICTION 8, DESTROID and DIVERJE. **

Requiem in Black got it's start in 2006 when two minds got together and formed what you hear today. Heavily influenced by the music in the underground scene, the beats and synths were merged to create a unique blend of Electronic Industrial unlike anything else that is currently being produced. Quoted as "one of the best bands to come out of Denver in a long time" Requiem in Black has achieved much success in delivering the whole package. Entertaining and fun to watch along with driving dance beats and sensual vocals make this band fresh, alive, distinctive



* 2006 - Aeren & Jessie started Requiem in Black

* 2007 - Self Titled "Requiem in Black" was released

* 2008 - "Revolution Nation" was released on Revolution Recordz

* 2009 - "Die Maschinen Vol 1" Compilation by Revolution Recordz - the song "Numb" is featured

* 2009 - "Recovery" Compilation by Genetic Defekt - the song "Rise and Fall" is featured



Requiem in Black is working very hard in the studio at present and are scheduled to release “BROKEN” which is their 3rd CD in the Spring/Summer of 2010.
