As well as being a singer and songwriter Renee' is also an actress and filmmaker. Best known for portraying Raelette Pat Lyle in the Academy Award winning film Ray, currently she is producing and directing a documentary about her home town of New Orleans and is writing songs for her much anticipated debut album which will be released by Grass Roots Records in 2009.
