There's a saying, "It's all in a Name", and with the man Renaissanz, it has never been more true! Renaissanz is a HOT up and coming R&B and Hip Hop Producer and Artist originally from West Philadelphia, currently bringing fire to the "Aeeeee" (better known

as Atlanta, Georgia). Renaissanz writes, produces, raps and sings. and this cat is the real deal!!! Renaissanz is a man of many talents, and it's because of pursuing all of those talents that Ren is only now launching out on his debut project, though he's had the gift of music for years. Ren is a Suma Cum Laude grauduate (yes, ya boy is SMART) of Florida A&M University (FAMU) where he played football as a wide receiver. After working in the corporate world as a Web Systems Engineer for years, while at the same time pursuing his goal to play in NFL, Ren eventually hung up the cleats and picked up the pen and the pad. and the mic. and the production equipment!. Unfortunately Ren got a split decision for the "Going to Hollywood" vote. Paula was a big "Yes", but Randy a "nah dude" , and Simon a "it's a no". But the great ones bounce back, and Renaissanz used the set back as fuel for layin' down his debut album, "Renaissanz Era" , which was released November 2006! In June 2006, Renaissanz was selected from over 3000 artists nationwide as one of the top 40 rap artists by Gutta World Magazine, and will be featured on Gutta World's upcoming two volume CD set later this year!!! Renaissanz was also the cover story and featured artist for the very first edition Atlanta's own underground hip hop magazine UndagroundAtl! Renaissanz was featured in the Def Jam Magazine "Promo Mag", December 2006, sharing space with giants such as Young Jeezy and Rick Ross! The Sanz was even featured in an in depth interview with the German based soul music magazine SoulSite. yup you guessed it. ya boy is interNATIONAL!
