DESCRIPTION:
The last concert in the Helende Geluiden-series featured Kees van Boxtel (bansuri), Nathanael van Zuilen (Pakhawaj), Remco Helbers (rudra veena) and Josette Pangels (tanpura).

Remco joined Kees for the second part of the concert, where they played raga bhimpalasi, an afternoon raga with a composition set to chautal (12 beats). This performance was a mix of the dhrupad-style (as played by the rudra veena and
pakhawaj) and the lighter khyal-style (as played on the bansuri).
