RavenTales

RavenTales is a music and poetry project

which I started in summer 2007 after a long

period of thinking and also hesitating. Some

fellow friends of mine kept asking me to do

this finally, and here I am now. I am also asked

very often if RavenTales is a band, but

no, currently it is not. It is just me trying to

write and record some music and poetry which

could eventually touch a few people. I try

to get things together in my living room and my

small room under the roof of a house which I call

the RavenTree.

I have been inspired and accompanied by those

black birds for my whole life, and very often I

watch them sitting on the sill of my window.

As I wrote in one of my blogs, music can have many

aspects, it is a language which is able to describe and

embody feelings as well. Very often it takes time and

silence to understand what is going on there. Time

which is rare in our present life where everything is

just going so fast and superficially. If you took a

few minutes to share silence with me I would be

very pleased if you had a listen to my songs.
