Jimi Hendrix - The Unheard Songs

This site Is dedicated to creative genius, virtuoso guitarist, songwriter and vocalist Jimi Hendrix, some of whose tunes and improvisations were scarcely heard by the public.
We've got to credit Mitch and Noel of the Experience, the combination of the three in this band was for many (me included) the best, but obviously Band of Gypsys was pretty damn good too.
Jimi was a phenomenon, his flame burned intensely bright and like a shooting star he achieved so much during his short lifetime.
Among the many of Jimi's themes, the urge for freedom came through so clearly. His lyrics often struck philosophical chords and when he sang:
". I'VE GOT TO LIVE MY LIFE, THE WAY I WANT TO" the phrase lodged itself in my mind and its what we've all got to try to do and sometimes its not easy when we dont know ourselves well enough.



But someone pointed out that Freedom is not free.
So its plenty to think about, right?

I created this tribute site to throw light onto the mystery that surrounded Jimi and his unpublished works. My job is done. This has been my baby for 3 years and I have grown and changed wildly outside of it. Thank you my friends who have shared a bond of friendship through our common interest in Jimi's music, you remain in my heart. Goodbye my groovy friends, I wish you Peace & Happiness
