Synopsis: Disillusioned, the young Dontlov decides to deny love, turning into a man who is unable to live his feelings intensely. He feels no heartache, as the years go by, up to the point when he meets a woman from whom he cannot run.
Cabaret narrates the episodes of a tragic Passion in 13 songs that compose an album based on a true story lived by no one else but you. It represents a new Era to the last sensitive men in Brazil, who have given up on make-up to reinvent themselves at the dawn of 2010.
The task of defining what Cabaret is like remains challenging as the band defies their audience with a rock sonority that moves from dazzling speeding beats to the Glam spatiality. "The Passion According to Cabaret" entitles the band's second record, following the debut, "Cabaret", released in 2007.
This new album was recorded at Toca do Bandido (Rio de Janeiro), produced by Iuri Freiberger, and mastered in the legendary Abbey Road studios. Female backing vocals and other collaborations brighten up this record, not to mention the remarkable presence of brazilian legend Ney Matogrosso in the ballad "Dentro de Voce" (Inside you)
