My name is Chris A.K.A. DJ CHILLY C



I have been a Dee Jay and reggae music collector for 25 years. I started D.J.ing back in 1981



I buy and sell records for a living with Funkyou! If you are a dj, beat digger, or just a collector who buys records online you may be familiar with the name. Funkyou! is known worldwide for selling records and has even been featured in the magazine Wax Poetics (Issue 13). Based in St. Louis, Funkyou! travels the US buying record collections.



I have worked on some current reggae compilations with Heartbeat Records / Studio One Bob Marley: Another Dance. Also this summer, There will be a new U Roy album coming out from Vintage vinyl Records.

Here is my latest contribution to reggae music in coordinance w/ Lew Prince and Tom Papa Ray at Sound System records. Music by: U ROY, Produced By: Lew Prince and Tom Papa Ray, Liner Notes: Leroy Pierson, Analog to Digital transfers and remixes by: Chris Neuenkirk. This CD will be available at VINTAGE VINYL 4/21/09. There will be national and worldwide distribution as well Thanks to: Lew Prince, Tom Papa Ray, Leroy Jodie Pierson, Joe Striker for ALL of there knowlege about reggae music. Thank You.
