Music came early. My pops always played acoustic guitar, mostly folk rock type stuff. Always rocking out at our barbecue bashes. Every jam would end with everyone drunk and singing all kinds of songs. My brothers got me into bboying at age 6. When I heard Run Dmc, "Sucker MC's" I couldn't belive it. I loved that shit. I didn't realize the affect hearing that song would have on the rest of my life. We did the breakdance thing for maybe 2 years. I then moved to Hinsdale MA from Pittsfield and was one of the few kids consumed by hip hop in the sticks. I had a satelite that got BET and that was my only source for hip hop. I started seeing some bboying in videos again and picked it back up. I was 19 when I linked up with my new crew Rec One Crew. Props to Rek, Swan, Isto, Race, Ton-e-bones, Driemz, and others. We lived that shit for about 5 years, travelin the U.S. for all the Bboy events. Got back into djing about three years ago. Practicing with my boys, Mikey, Swan, & Jake Case. A year or so later I decided to purchase an MPC on advice from my friend and producer extraordinaire Jake Case. With some advice and tips from Case, I started doing my own thing with the beats. Through Case and other friends, I linked up with SD Entertainment & DLS. I've been working with them since, Props to J-Soul & Dramatic. I've also worked with my boys Kwizz & Driemz. Just basically trying to make good music with feeling. Hope to get to the point where you hear that beat and it gives you the chills.
