"As a singer and composer, Quincy “Que” Richardson began this purpose driven journey in gospel ministry at the age of 11 as part of the junior choir at La Brea Faith Pentecostal Church. Young Que devoted his life to our Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 9, and as God lead, was baptised at the age of 14, plunging his spiritual ministry deeper. His passion for music escalated as the intrigue of being able to master the musical instruments around him grew. Many prophetic words simply confirmed the anointing God had placed upon Que’s life. However, his inspiration to venture deeper into a gospel ministry in the region, with the vision of international appeal, was fuelled after viewing Sherwin Gardner on stage for the first time in his life at a gospel concert in Pointe Fortin, Trinidad. Shortly after Que stepped out and wrote his first song at the age of 15. To assist him with this burning desire, he formed a small group, Messengers and started out as a worship leader at his local church the following year, which was the birthing of his worship ministry through gospel.



Que’s first hit gospel song “The Battle is on”, burned Trinidadian airwaves offering the needed exposure to Que’s powerful ministry of love. Que won the P.A.W.I Youth Fest Camp song competition at the age of 18 as he represented his home country Trinidad at the Grenada event. As this camp was populated by hundreds of young men and women from all across the region, this opened many doors for his passion to tour with his ministry. Since then Que has toured and sang in countries like Barbados, St Lucia, St Vincent, St Kitts, Dominica, Grenada, St Maarten and Antigua. When he attended the annual P.A.W.I Youth Fest Camp again in 2005, this time held in St Lucia, added exposure to his powerful ministry was revealed as he performed his more popular songs - You never too young, Stamp down de devil and Power Generation. The song Stamp down de devil featuring Koen Duncan further topped the regional gospel charts at the 1 spot that same year. Due to Que’s calling to do the Father’s work he would travel to the ends of the earth to take the messages God has placed inside to the people. This is important, as it requires a level of cross cultural communication in any genre, or tongue, and a personality which makes up the essence of Que’s existence. He has shared stages with his ministry partners Sherwin Gardner, Chevelle, Mr. Lynxs Franklyn, Emrand Henry, Pepper Ranks, Prodical Son, Jadee, Gitta Dan, Tiko Angelos, Angela Williams and Deitrick Haddon.
